Stunning 3.5 acre cat fish lake, Lilly beds, sunken trees, an island you can access. This lake really offers a challenge to the cat fish angler, what is lacks in overall size it makes up for with depths 3m in areas and some massive cats. 

we have cats from 50Ib’s up to nearly 200Ib’s in weight! only around 15 fish are in the lake, with lots of small carp we have put in here from the yearly house lake nettings.

For 2021 you can now access the cat lake via a separate drive way, or just carry your stuff up from the house lake as before. We are also installing a gravel drive and new gates as well as allowing access to the existing hut and bbq area. Lots more plans a foot, but still included in the price with the other 2 lakes.
