EMV (Etang Maison Verre ) luxury carp and cat fishing holiday in France. Situated in the Mayenne department. In the North Western region of Pays de la Loire France, lies Etang Maison Verre, an exclusive carp lake in front of a lovely oak framed house with panoramic views. You can either base yourself in the house and fish from the double swims in front of the house, or bivvy up around the 3 lakes on offer.
We even have a heated hot tub spa under it’s own Wooden Gazebo overlooking the lake. Complete with sound bar and drinks holder.
3 carp and cat lakes with house exclusive for a week
At EMV for 2024 you get the 3 acre carp lake with a double swim only 10m from the house! plus a 2 acre carp lake next door to EMV and a 3.5 acre cat fish lake too!!. So you can fish for around 100 carp up to low 50’s in EMV. Fish for cats well to nearly 200lbs in EMV cat lake 250m from the house lake. Or the carp lake next door as well as float fishing for smaller carp and silvers. The lake and grounds have had extensive work carried out to ensure the best environment for the fish. The house is completely renovated to ensure your comfort in all weathers.

The front of the cottage overlooks the lake and has 2 x sets of bi-folds allowing you to open the front of the house, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the tree-lined lake. With the sun setting at the far end of the lake in the evenings it creates a wonderful atmosphere whether you are fishing or enjoying a quiet break with your family.
